NACTVET ADMISSION APPLICATION FOR MARCH INTAKE

 NATIONAL COUNCIL OF TECHNICAL AND VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING (NACTVET)

 PUBLIC NOTICE REGARDING ADMISSION APPLICATIONS

 The National Council for Vocational Education and Vocational Training (NACTVET) is a body established by the Act of Parliament Chapter 129, to manage and coordinate the provision of vocational education training in colleges that provide training at certificate, Diploma and Degree levels which  not Universities or Affiliated Universities in the country.  

One of the responsibilities of the Council is to ensure that the training provided in the Vocational Education Colleges meets the criteria and quality required in the labor market in the country and abroad.

 The Council wishes to inform the public that the Admission of students at the certificate level and Diploma for all courses will start on 30th January, till 28th February 2023. Admission in this semester of March, 2023 will involve colleges with the capacity and ability to receive new students except for health in mainland Tanzania (List is attached).

 In addition, all graduates of Secondary Education and Colleges with qualifications to join Diploma courses and Diplomas are advised to send their applications for admission directly to colleges.  

Applicants those who will be selected and the colleges they will apply for will be submitted to NACTVET for review before informed to join the training.  Studies for those who will be selected and screened will begin on the 27th March, 2023.

 The Council advises all colleges and institutions that will admit students for the March Semester, 2023 to ensure that they follow the procedures of admission events as they are in the Admission Calendar(Admission Calendar) available on the Council's website.

 The Council also advises applicants and parents to ensure that they apply to the appropriate Colleges criteria and allowed for admission in the March 2023 semester and are listed in this announcement.

 The list of colleges allowed to make admissions for March 2023 is also available on the website NACTVET www.nacte.go.tz.
