HOW TO CHECK STANDARD SEVEN NECTA RESULTS

National examination council of Tanzania (NECTA) work by preparing examinations carried by different classes which are standard four, seven, form two, four and six.

As examination done marking process begin followed by uploading results of examination to all students who performed examinations.

By now students and public individual are waiting for standard seven results which have already done, as Elimutz we have prepared steps to be followed in order to check results once uploaded.

PROCEDURES FOR CHECKING STANDARD SEVEN RESULTS(PSLE 2022 RESULTS).

Before checking examination make sure your phone or computer have an access to Internet, then follow steps below

1. Visit necta officila website or click www.necta.go.tz
2. Navigate on side bar to find news and events or search for PSLE 2022 RESULTS.
3. Click on primary school leaving examination results(PSLE 2022RESULTS).
4. After opening a new tab, select region where you carried your studies.
5. Select District of your school
6. Choose your school and finally you will see your results.

Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE)
This is a selection test which enables the government to select form one entrants for its schools. Students who get selected and those who are not, receive certificates.

The Examination Calendar

PSLE is administered in the second week of September every year.

The objectives of PSLE

The objectives of PSLE are to assess learner’s skills and knowledge gained in the different subjects at primary school level; to assess learners understanding of the basic skills and abilities in reading, writing and arithmetic and the extent that they can use such skills in solving pertinent problems in life; and identify learners with the capacity to continue with secondary education and other training institutions.

Eligibility of Candidates who Seat for the Examination
Any pupil who have completed standard seven in both government and private schools can be registered and sit for this examination.

Examined Subjects/Courses
The examined subjects at PSLE are Hisabati (Mathematics), English Language, Sayansi (Science), Maarifa ya Jamii (Social Studies) and Kiswahili.

Each subject has an examination format, which describes the structure of the examination paper, and the content in which that particular examination covers.
