Higher Education students loan board has opened appeal window for academic year 2022/2023, students who have not satisfied for loan allocated to them are asked to appeal before the window closed.

STEPS TO FOLLOW IN ORDER TO APPEAL FOR LOAN.
You need to Visit olas.heslb.go.tz and click 'Appeal Now' to go to the appeal page that will empower you to begin filling request form.
Join and sign in to your account for form IV.
Register and Login yourself utilizing your form IV index Number
Snap and fill in every one of the red 'x' components on the left.
Snap and fill all fields with 'X' showing up on the left half of the screen
Affirm data by clicking 'Affirm' for every component. Affirm your subtleties by tapping the 'Confirm' button
'Print' the Appeal form you finished on the system for signing. Print your form and ensure it is agreed upon
Upload page No. 3 of your signed form.
Upload your form on the web and save a printed version for reference.
Keep in mind, there is no appeal charge. No charge for request handling
