How to verify your birth certificate on RITA, follow the steps below to verify your certificate

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

1. Visit online.rita.go.tz
2. A new dashboard will open then choose to login in if you have account, if you have no account create account
3. Enter your first name and sir name.
4. create your password.
5. Confirm your password.
6. Enter your phone number.
7. click register.
8. After successful account creation you can login now by using detail used in creation of account.

VERIFY YOUR BIRTH CERTIFICATE

1. Login to your account online.rita.go.tz by using detail used during account creation.
2. A new tab will open which allow you to choose the service needed.
3. On the left side you will see birth and death service.
4. Click on birth or date service.
5. After clicking on birth three option will open new birth certificate, certificate verification,old to new
6. Choose certificate verification.
7. After successful open click on APPLY FOR BIRTH VERIFICATION.
8. Fill the form which require you TO FILL

• Child information
• Mother information 
• Declaration

After successful filling of information you will require to declare by uploading  attachment.
